About the Speaker
Lea A. Ellermeier is the co-founder and CEO of REPLICATE Dental Technologies Inc, formerly Natural Dental Implants Inc, the developer and manufacturer of the REPLICATE System, a new approach to tooth replacement. Prior to joining RDT, Lea co-founded and served as CEO of Lingualcare, Inc., a Dallas, Texas based dental technology company that developed and marketed disruptive technology for the mass customization of invisible, orthodontic braces with operations in the U.S., Germany and Mexico. Lingualcare was purchased by 3M Company in November, 2007. Lea has spent her career in MedTech and software development start-ups and mid-sized companies. She holds a B.A. in Political Science (Cum Laude) from the University of Texas El Paso and an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ. In addition to her love of hopeless causes and risky business ventures, Lea has a passion for storytelling and recently published a memoir “Finding the Exit; It’s Not Where You Start, It’s Where you Finish.” www.replicatetooth.com
